Course Description

In this episode Michelle is joined by the self described “outdoorsman” Dr. John Bagnulo, current Director of Nutrition for Nutritional Medicinals, and resident of the beautiful state of Vermont. In this episode, Michelle and Dr. John discuss the importance of feeding our patient’s guts…critically the growth and development of the families of bacteria in their guts… and how an organic formula option can help our g-tube pediatric patients thrive!

Dr. John Bagnulo

John Bagnulo has an MPH (Masters of Public Health) from the University of North Carolina and a Doctorate of Human Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Maine. He has worked as a researcher, a university associate professor, and a consultant for the past 21 years. He currently serves as the Director of Nutrition for Nutritional Medicinals. In addition to his passion for increasing the public’s knowledge and awareness around the subject of how food and agriculture influence patterns of health and disease, John is an avid outdoorsman and naturalist.
